Reformer Pilates
Your Core Can Give You More! Your core is the powerhouse of support for your spine and balance. Improving your proximal stability and strength is great for back pain, postural endurance, balance, sports performance improvement, pre-natal care, and postpartum recovery. These interventions can be implemented on the reformer, the mat, and in all functional positions.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is an efficient and effective intervention that uses acupuncture needles to target soft tissue structures that are generating pain, dysfunctional movement, and/or dizziness. This highly skilled intervention can help relax tight muscles, decrease or eliminate pain, and jumpstart the body’s natural healing process.
Dr. Crystal & Dr. Beth are certified through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT).

Vestibular & Concussion
Spinning, lightheaded, foggy, off-balance, double or blurry vision Your inner ear or vestibular system, although small is so mighty and insult to this system can throw off your world. Depending on your diagnosis your treatment may or may not include:
Vestibular specific exercises including canalith repositioning (commonly referred to as the Epley Maneuver) and/or habituation, oculomotor training, balance training, cervical manual therapy, and/or cervical proprioceptive training

Manual Therapy
Hands on skilled care to decrease pain by releasing soft tissue and joint restrictions. Manual facilitation to correct inefficient movement patterns as often seen with neurological conditions.
Joint & Spine Mobilization
Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques including focused Deep Tissue Massage & Release, Cupping.

Runners
All runners will participate in a comprehensive examination to initiate treatment for runner related injuries and ensure foundations of movement are in place to decrease risk of future injury. Some clients may undergo a formal running analysis pending rehab response. We welcome collaboration in care with running coaches!

Pelvic | Women's Health
Dr. Beth has completed specialized training through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). She incorporates pilates based rehabilitation, manual/hands-on techniques including internal and external pelvic assessments, dry needling, along with corrective therapeutic exercises to promote pelvic health.
